Now that summer is here.  It is too hot and humid. We all need a very light-weight moisturizer especially people like me with combination or oily skin. I was looking for something to try on my momma’s shelf and I got this Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer. She is using it for years now; earlier it comes with a bit different packaging.  Let’s get into the review to see whether it worked for me or not.

Price: Rs 210 for 120 ml
Shelf- Life: 36 months.
How to use: Smooth onto cleansed skin on face and neck morning and evening or as desired. Can be worn with or without makeup. For all skin types.

My experience with Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer:
Packaging: It comes in a cute plastic bottle with a peach colored flip cap. The outer carton is also peach in color.

Consistency: The lotion itself is also peach in color. I really liked the texture and consistency of this moisturizer. It is very light weight and non- greasy. Only a pea-sized amount is enough to cover the whole face and neck. It gets fully absorbed in no time and leaves the skin hydrated and glowing. I like that this doesn’t make my skin oily. It seems perfect for summers to me. It also has a mild fragrance to it which I like.
I am using it for few weeks now. It didn’t lead to breakouts. I would say this is not any miracle product but yes it makes my skin feel better. It is a decent moisturizer especially for oily and combination skin people as it is difficult to find a non-greasy and light weight moisturizer and that too at this affordable price.
Also, I would say this won’t satisfy the needs of dry skin people as dry skin requires a lot more hydration.

·         Non-greasy.
·         Adds a soft glow.
·         Travel-friendly.
·         Good for oily, combination and normal skin people in summers for everyday use.
Cons:
·         Array of chemicals in ingredient list though some are skin friendly too.
·         Not effective for dry skin
Will I recommend/ repurchase Lakme Peach Milk moisturizer?
Yes it is a decent moisturizer which do not makes your skin look dull. It is extremely light-weight and non greasy, so people with oily and combination skin find it perfect for summers at this affordable price.
