Finally I’m here with the review of Greenviv Herbals Rose Soap. I know I’m a bit late but was busy with my exams. I’ve mentioned this soap in myApril Favorites. I just love using this. This smells so nice that I can’t stop sniffing it literally. Let’s get into the review to know the details:


Product description:
As you know Greenviv Herbals is an Indian Brand which offers a wide range of skincare, hair care and bath and body care products. The products are 100% pure, natural, vegan and handmade. Also they are paraben free.
Now coming to the soap, Glycerin soap is made of Natural Oils and Herbal Extracts. Natural Moisturizer high in Vitamins and Nutrients to deeply nourishes skin and gives natural glow with refreshing Bathing Experience. This soap has the goodness of Rose oil.
Benefits of Rose oil:
·         Rose oil has antibacterial, astringent, antiseptic and antiviral properties, which make it useful in treating and disinfecting minor cuts and scrapes.
·         Rose oil contains a compound called farnesol, which helps to kill bacteria and may help with the regeneration of new skin.
·         Rose oil can be used in skincare treatments to help prevent and fight bacteria associated with conditions such as acne.
·         It may help to treat pimples and blemishes by reducing the length and severity of flareups.
·         Rose oil is also beneficial for those who have sensitive skin, as it is generally safe for all skin types and does not usually cause allergic reactions.

My experience with the product:
Packaging:  It comes in a yellowish cardboard container which flips open from the top.  All the important details are printed to the back side. The soap is inside packed in a white butter paper. I loved the packaging so much. Have a look at this:

The soap is orang-ish red in color. It has a very sweet summery fragrance. It will not bother sensitive noses as it is mild and soothing. I just love this fragrance. I can’t stop myself to sniff it.

It lathers very well and cleanses the skin very effectively. It doesn’t dry out my skin. I love how refreshing it makes me feel. My skin feels soft, supple and refreshed throughout the day.
I must say everyone should try this once. It gives an amazing bath experience. This is an awesome product.

·         Makes your skin soft and supple.
·         Affordable.
·         Amazing fragrance.
·         Also suitable for sensitive skin.
Cons:
·         I couldn’t find any.

    Never knew activated charcoal could do so much good to my skin! Definitely will try the activated charcoal & green tea soap for skin brightening & pimples.

Delicious Sabudana Khichdi Recipe Ingredients: *3/4 cup small Sabudana *1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds *2 Green Chillies finely chopped *5-7 Curry Leaves *1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder *2 medium Potatoes, boiled, peeled and chopped *1/3 cup Roasted Peanuts, coarsely crushed *1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder *2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice *2 teaspoons Sugar *Salt *2 tablespoons Cooking Oil *2 tablespoons finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves *1/2 cup Water Directions: Wash and soak 3/4 cup sabudana in 1/2 cup water for 2 hours. After 2 hours, you will notice that its size has increased to almost double. Drain excess water, if any, and transfer it to a plate. Let it stand for 2 hours. If you do not, they may turn sticky while cooking. Heat oil over medium flame in a heavy based aluminum or non-stick pan (kadai).
