This post featuring Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face wash. I really heard a lot about this. So I thought why not give it a try. I rarely have pimple on my face but nowadays I’m having one or two. So I thought it’s a high time to buy one. So, Let’s get into the review to see whether it worked for me or not.

Product Description:


A soap free, herbal formulation that gently removes impurities and prevent pimples. Neem, well known for its anti bacterial properties, kills problem causing bacteria, and Turmeric effectively controls acne and pimples. Use regularly for clear, soft and pimple-free skin.

Price: Rs. 100 for 100 ml
Shelf- Life: 24 months

My experience with the product:
Packaging: It comes in a white transparent tube with a green flip cap having an orange ribbon. As it is transparent, you can see the amount of face wash left in the tube.
Texture:  It is a gel like face wash, more on the thicker side, which is slightly green and translucent. It also has tiny green granules in it though not for scrubbing. It spreads easily on wet skin. The consistency is perfect. It smells herbal quite a bit like neem but not overpowering. The tube comes in a number of sizes starting from 15 ml to 300 ml.
I’m using this face wash for three weeks now and quite impressed with this.  It cleanses my skin effectively and with time it reduces the oil on my face. It didn’t dry out my skin. It prevented breakouts. My pimples have gone too.  It doesn’t make my skin feel stretchy.
Overall I’m very much impressed with this. A must-try product for almost all the skin tones and skin types especially the acne beauties go for it.
Pros:

·         Affordable
·         Herbal ingredients
·         Prevent acne and breakouts
Cons:
·         May be it will not be helpful for severe acne breakouts.
Will I recommend this face wash?
Well Yeah I’ll recommend this to the people with few acne or breakouts. But I don’t think it will work for severe acne.
